Important Update Regarding Server Migration

Dear Client,

We have completed our server migration to Equinix NY4. All accounts will have the same number, but we have to reset the trader passwords for security reason.

To retrieve your new trader password, please login to MyFXOptimax and click “Retrieve New Password” beside your MT4 number. The new password will be displayed on your screen. Please write down the new credential, the page will be removed once you have accessed it. If you still have further problem in accessing your MT4, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once you have your new password already, please ensure you have updated your desktop and mobile MT4 trader passwords with the new one to prepare your account(s) ahead of market reopening.
