EasyJet to set new company in Austria as Britain leaves EU

EasyJet, British budget airline, has announced a creation of a new airline in Austria to continue to operate flights in the European Union after UK leaves the bloc.

The new company, easyJet Europe, will be headquartered in Vienna. It will have to pay £10m for an air operator's certificate (AOC) to continue flights between other EU member states.

EasyJet said it will re-register 110 aircrafts and create 100 new positions in Austria.
