Fitch improves world economic outlook for next two years

The international rating agency Fitch has improved the forecast of growth of the world economy for the next two years. Global GDP is expected to grow by 3.2% and 3.3%. In early October, Fitch estimated these figures at 3.1% and 3.2% respectively.

In countries with developed economies, financial conditions remain very favorable. At the same time, the good situation in the labor market supports consumer confidence and household expenditures, the report says.

The eurozone's economy is expected to rise to 2.2% from 1.8% in 2018. The the UK GDP is expected to grow at 1.6% rate this year and 1.4% next year.
