Review: European stocks rise

European stocks opened higher on Tuesday as investors returned to risk markets after solid U.S. data and weak night rebound for the dollar ahead of Fed's two-day meeting.

The U.K. FTSE 100 is likely to add 0.5% at the beginning of trading, according to financial bookmakers IG. Rising of oil and commodities prices offset the impact of an elevated pound, which traded at 1.3026 in the early European session. Wider European markets also expected significant growth ahead of a key survey of business sentiment from Germany's Ifo Institute later in the session.
