Tesco to cut 1,200 roles at its head office

The UK’s largest supermarket Tesco plans to axe 1,200 positions at its head office in Hertfordshire as part of the turnaround of the business.

According to the Tesco's spokesman, reorganisation of the company will allow to invest in improvement of customers service.

Last week Tesco announced that 1,100 jobs would be cut in Cardiff with the proposed closure of a call centre.
