How to join the service?

Improvement of the customer support service

Dear Clients and Partners!

In order to improve the quality of our customer support service and increase the response time, RoboForex has held a survey to find out which of the communication channels between the Company and its clients are the most effective ones. We took into account an average response time as well as full disclosure of information via helpline, live chat, ticket system in your Live Account, different messengers used by our Customer Support Service to communicate with clients.

 

Based on the result of the survey, the Company has made a decision to continue using those channels of communication, which turned out to be the most effective. These channels are the following:

These ways of contacting the Company will allow each client to receive the maximum possible information in answers to their questions in a shorter period of time.

Please note, that our Skype account, roboforex.com, will be no longer used to answer clients’ questions. We recommend you to delete it from your contact list and use the above-mentioned channels of communication to contact our specialists.
