Very bad execution... I used VPS, the ping was 1.24 ms, the pending order was just pending and pending. After 1 second it would be activated suddenly at a very bad price. This broker is a scam.
There are so many positive reviews and I must say I'm very surprised to read it. Customer service is way below decent quality... a lot of requotes and stucks during news releases. I had a very bad experience with this broker.
I was interested in their welcome bonus a couple of month ago. But unfortunately the company has disappointed me. It was a week of the most terrible trading in my life. Very bad execution.
Yes very bad execution. I had buy stop at NFP. The price was at the stop level and was not activated. Than it had 4-5 times to be activated (at a bit worse price but anyway...) BUT INSTEAD TO BE ACTIVATED, it was jut pending...pending....and pending... After 1 second it would be activated at a very bad price much above of the original level.... I am very sad....
They have one of the best spreads among forex brokers I test different EA's on small ECN pro account and commission+spread is really very cheap for scalping. Withdrawals are also one of the fastest 30 min-3hrs even on Friday. Withdrawal fees are zero what is also a good surprise for small traders like me. I like this broker and rate them 5

trading with ECN Broker like tickmill is a new experience for me.
Because i am usually trade with fixed spreads broker that provide cent lot trading.
i only had around 2.6 spreads widening with tickmill EcN when NFP .
i can say they have great server with fast executions.
never encountered any delay . Trade with them with $75 deposit, and already withdrawed total $100 .
And i do not feel their server and excecutions become slower, like my old broker.
over all , i am satisfied with them.

to be honest , i do not even care what is a brokers business models. are they ECN, MM, STP DMA, for me , forex trading is we are trade the quotes. If we are buy EURO/USD. where the Euro Goes? i mean. come on. i only deposit few dollars in my trading account, and what i can expect?my order can move the market?lol. We are retail trader, trade the OTC instruments, decentralized market. so do not expect too much For me, a good broker is they provide great trading conditions and paid my WD fast . that is why i stay with tickmill .

In my opinion the company became worse after rebranding.
