HELSINKI/STRASBOURG, France (Reuters) - The European Union urged the United States on Wednesday to revive trade talks rather than escalate a dispute over tariffs on metals and cars.
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. retail sales fell for a third straight month in February as households cut back on purchases of motor vehicles and other big-ticket items, pointing to a slowdown in economic growth in the first quarter.
The National Bureau of Statistics on Wednesday said the country’s Consumer Price Index which measures inflation rose by 14.33 per cent (year-on-year) in February 2018.
