    FXTM Participates at the AIM & Wealth Arabia Summits in the UAE

    FXTM took part in two fantastic industry events held in Dubai, UAE, in early November 2016.  First came the Alternative Investment Summit (AIM), between November 1st and November 3rd, 2016, which was held at the beautiful St. Regis Hotel. In a packed room of over 500 attendees, FXTM Chief Market Strategist Hussein Sayed moderated the first panel of the summit, in a discussion titled “2016 Upside Down Year Review and Outlook.”

    The topics under discussion included:

    • Key factors determining the investor outlook in 2017
    • Brexit and U.S. election impact on volatility and financial markets 
    • Investment strategies to deploy in current environment
    • Using hedge funds to implement these strategies

    On November 7th, 2016, FXTM was a “Silver” sponsor at the Wealth Arabia Summit, an invitation-only event which offers delegates an intimate environment for focused discussion about the main driving forces in today’s world of finance. Hussein was one of the featured panel members on the discussion regarding “Investing During Turbulent Times: Navigating a Tricky Environment.”

    The broker’s Chief Market Strategist also moderated the “Emerging Investments: Discovering New Strategies & Opportunities” panel, in a summit that saw over 200 speakers participate in panels and private meetings over the course of the day.

    “It was truly a fantastic experience to represent FXTM and add to the ongoing expansion of the brand in the UAE region at these two important industry events in Dubai,” said Hussein. “The discussions were very engaging and informative, the atmosphere was welcoming, and it was a real honour to take part as speaker and moderator.”
