Let’s look at the four-hour chart. Tenkan-sen line is above Kijun-sen, but they are both turning downwards. Confirmative Chinkou Span line is approaching the price chart from below; current Kumo-cloud is ascending. The pair couldn’t overcome the lower border of the cloud and is now stuck between Tenkan-sen and Kijun-sen lines, which become resistance (15.50) and support (15.17) levels respectively.
