European aircraft manufacturer Airbus on Friday lowered its average traffic forecast growth to 4.4% per year, as previously predicted within 34,899 new passenger and cargo aircraft over the next 20 years.
Annual forecast of traffic growth has been revised downwards from 4.5% a year earlier, reflecting the maturation of some markets, and increasing air transport and support growth of the 20-year forecast comprising from 33,070 a year ago.
