Apple acquires Vrvana for $30 million

Apple bought virtual reality headset maker Vrvana, a startup from Montreal, Canada. The deal was for around $30 million.

Earlier, Bloomberg reported that Apple is working on creating augmented reality glasses. The glasses will be on sale in 2020.

According to the review of the Venture Reality Fund, the market of augmented reality in the second quarter has more than doubled.
