Apple will resume sales of the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus in China

Apple won a patent dispute in China with local manufacturer of smartphones Shenzhen Baili Marketing Services and can resume sales of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.

The corresponding ban was set in May last year, when the Chinese regulator decided that the American company illegally copied the design of the mobile phone 100c, manufactured by Shenzhen Baili Marketing Services.

After that, Apple protested the decision of the patent regulator in court.

The court ruled last week that the regulator did not provide sufficient evidence of a violation of intellectual property rights of a Chinese manufacturer by Apple, which means that the decision to ban the sale of the iPhone in the country is invalid.
