The British automaker Aston Martin considers an initial public offering on the London Stock Exchange next year, according to Bloomberg. The management wants to wait for the publication of financial results for 2017 before proceeding to the selection of consultants.
Aston Martin management decision to become a public company came after analyzing of the successful Ferrari's experience, which was listed on New York stock exchange in 2015. Since then, the shares of the Italian manufacturer have risen in price by 62% and 14 times higher than pre-tax revenue.
Aston Martin intends to achieve the same results: with a similar indicator, the capitalization of the British company will be about $3 billion.
