Major cryptocurrencies were flat or trading not far from overnight's closing levels, extending a trend that keep most altcoins within narrow ranges during the last four sessions.
Bitcoin, the world’s most popular cryptocurrency, last traded at $6,632.87, losing 0.2 percent since. After climbing more than 10 percent earlier in the week, bitcoin BTCUSD has pulled back to trade between $6,300 and $6,500 marks.
Among other alternative coins, Ether added 0.5 percent to $199.61, Bitcoin Cash gained 0.3 percent to $429.50, Litecoin surged 1 percent to $52.01 while XRP was steady at 45 cents.
Since Monday’s rise, the market capitalization of all digital currencies has traded either side of $210 billion, according to figures from CoinMarketCap.
