British home market records lowest growth pace in six years

UK property prices gained at minimal rate in six years during September-November period, today’s data from Halifax indicates, confirming once again the slackness in the home market ahead of Britain’s departure from the EU.

Yearly advance of house prices abruptly slowed from 1.5% in August-September to 0.3% in the three month ending November, Halifax data showed as well.

Yearly price growth stayed within the scope of the firm’s prediction for the current year, that is between 0.0% and 3.0% rise, according to Russell Galley of Halifax.
