European stocks slip as investors focused on BoE, ECB meetings

European stocks dip in early trading on Thursday as financial suffered from a less hawkish than anticipated tone from the U.S. Federal Reserve.

The Europe’s STOXX 600 lost 0.2 percent.

CAC 40 in France sank by 2 points to 5,396.01 points.

German DAX fell 0.1 percent to 13,109.31 points.

The British FTSE 100 fell 0.2 percent to 7,485.36. U.K. stocks dropped as investors assessed a failure for the government’s Brexit bill, that could jeopardize a soft departure from the EU in March 2019.
