The world most expensive brands are Google, Apple, Microsoft, Amazon and Facebook, according to the BrandZ Top 100, released by WPP and Kantar Millward Brown.
Experts interviewed more than three million customers around the world about their attitude to 120 thousand brands. Financial indicators were also taken into account. The revenue of the top three leaders is 25% of the revenues of all 100 companies that are included in the rating.
The aggregate value of the brands participating in the study grew by 8% - to $3.6 trillion from $3.4 trillion last year.
