Greece asks World Bank for €3 billion loan to reduce the unemployment

Greek government asked the World Bank for €3 billion loan to reduce the unemployment rate.

Athens plan to spend these funds to create about 300 000 jobs in a year. World Bank may refuse this appeal as such types of loans are given to developing countries, and Greece is considered a developed country.

The allocation of funds will be considered in the near future.
