London prices on homes will trend downwards this and next year

Overpriced market of British capital will see home prices slump in 2018 and 2019, showed a poll of economists by Reuters, and it will drop even more in case the country goes out of the EU without an agreement.

According to the poll of last week involving near 30 property market experts, London home prices that have soared thanks to foreign investors, are going to dip 1.6% in the year and 0.1% in the coming year.

London’s center is plummeting as the usual buyers from other countries are wary and the number of investors is waning, commented Tony Williams of Building Value.
