Oil peaked reaching top levels since November of 2014 yesterday, while Brent edges towards $80 for a barrel at the time when supply contracts and demand stays solid.
Brent futures stood at $79.40 a barrel today, adding 0.12% since the previous settlement. Recently their level had hit the highest in more than 3 and a half years – $79.49 per barrel.
U.S. WTI futures went up to $71.67 a barrel, 18 cents increase from the last end of session. Quite close to $71.92 per barrel of two days ago, the upper mark since November 2014 as well.
