Asian shares slipped on Thursday as investors took profit after recent gains amid rising Korean tensions.
MSCI's broadest index of Asia-Pacific shares slumped 1 percent.
Japan's Nikkei retreated 0.1 percent. South Korea's KOSPI tumbled 1.2 percent to a two-month trough.
The Hang Seng Index dropped 0.9 percent and Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 Index dipped 0.1 percent.
