Review: Asian shares rebound amid global risk

Asian shares compensated early losses and rose higher on Thursday as firming crude oil prices triggered some accumulation by investors.

MSCI's broadest index of Asia-Pacific shares grew by 0.3% after a 0.5% decline in early trading.

Japan's Nikkei index rose by 0.2%, supported by data showing that exports in March increased by more than 12% compared to the previous year.
