Review: Asian stocks broadly lower after North Korean missile test

Asian stocks dropped on Tuesday after North Korea launched a ballistic missile over Japan.

MSCI’s broadest index of Asia-Pacific shares lost 0.6 percent.

Japan’s Nikkei fell 0.9 percent to a four-month trough.

South Korea’s Kospi dropped 1.6 percent.

Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 Index was down 1 percent.

Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index tumbled 0.4 percent.
