Review: Capital flows led euro to two-week peak

The euro jumped to a more than two-week peak on Tuesday as investors continued to buy risky assets in Europe on rising anticipations that economic growth will stay solid amid record low interest rates.

The single currency increased 0.3 percent to $1.1696, its top since Oct. 26.

Euro zone GDP is expected to grow 2.5 percent for the year.
