Review: Dollar drifts ahead of central bankers meeting

Political turmoil in Washington and worries over the Trump administration’s ability to fulfill its economic agenda have weighed on the dollar on Monday.

Against the yen, the greenback traded at 109.24 yen, near Friday's four-month trough of 108.605.

The euro was steady at $1.1750.

Investors are waiting for ECB’s chief Draghi speech at a meeting of the world's central bankers in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
