The dollar was stable to the yen and the euro on Tuesday as investors awaited Federal Reserve Chairwoman Janet Yellen's speech in London on Tuesday.

The greenback was last at 111.800 yen after increasing to a one-month high of 112.075.

The euro was firm at $1.1189 having retreated from an 11-day peak of $1.1220 overnight after European Central Bank President Mario Draghi sustained the regulator's ultra easy monetary policy on Monday.
