Review: Euro edges up for a second day on firm risk appetite

The euro inched higher for a second straight day on Wednesday as investors bought the common currency on anticipations of solid eurozone economic growth.

The euro climbed 0.25 percent to $1.1769 versus the greenback and traded near a one-month peak of $1.1862 touched last Wednesday.
