Review: European stocks fall when oil prices reached 9-month low

European stock markets on Wednesday fell below the pressure of oil and gas, financial and technology stocks. The Stoxx Europe 600 down 0.5 percent to 386.90, extending losses from Tuesday's sessions while oil prices were into bear-market territory.

European oil stocks on Wednesday fell by 0.7 percent in the beginning of the movement, and oil prices were somewhat lower. In London, commodities-heavy FTSE 100 dropped 0.1 percent to 7,463.15. France's CAC 40 lost the most among the main benchmarks, fell 1% at 5,275.62. Germany's DAX 30 rose 0.6% to 12,732.96.
