Review: European stocks hits 15-month high

European stocks rose to the highest level in the last 15 months on Thursday after the U.S. Federal Reserve raised rates, and the liberal party, led by Prime Minister Mark Rutte, won the parliamentary elections in the Netherlands.

The Pan-European index STOXX 600 reached its highest level since December 2015, adding 0.6%.

The U.K.'s FTSE 100 index rose by 0.6%, while the French CAC 40 index and German DAX index both added 0.5%.
