Review: European stocks rise as Macron wins France's vote

European stocks looked set for their biggest leap in two months on Monday as Macron had strengthened his positions, winning large majority in France's weekend vote.

The pan-European STOXX 600 jumped by 0.8%.

The FTSE 100 added 0.5% to 7,501.48.

On Monday, Brexit talks on Britain's departure from the European Union begin in Brussels.
