Review: Pound touches four-week trough vs euro after UK jobs data

The pound slumped to a four-week trough versus the euro on Wednesday after the fresh data showed employees’ total earnings, including bonuses, increased by an annual 2.2 percent in July-September.

Versus the euro, the pound dipped as much as 0.6 percent on the day to 90.14 pence, its lowest level since Oct. 20.

Against dollar it traded flat at $1.3175.
