Review: U.S. stocks flat, Trump's tax plan in focus

U.S. stocks fluctuated in early trade on Wednesday as investors awaited Trump's tax reform plan details.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average grew by 0.08 percent, to 21,013.51 and the S&P 500 rose 0.06 percent, to 2,390.03. The Nasdaq Composite inched up 0.09 percent, to 6,031.07 declining from an all-time peak of 6,037.21.
