Review: U.S. stocks open lower on Tuesday

Three main Wall Street indexes dipped at open on Tuesday led down by weak quarterly financial data from corporate giants Goldman Sachs and Johnson & Johnson.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 0.32 percent, to 20,570.87, the S&P 500 edged down 0.19 percent, to 2,344.61 and the Nasdaq Composite lost 0.14 percent, at 5,848.58.

Geopolitical risks, such as upcoming French election and U.S.-North Korea tensions, dragged down stocks.
