Review: Wall Street opens flat amid GDP report

U.S. stocks index futures opened flat on Thursday as the fourth-quarter GDP was revised higher underscoring potential for economic growth.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average remained flat at 20,658.82. The S&P 500 fell by 0.01 percent, to 2,360.67. The Nasdaq Composite lost 0.01 percent, to 5,896.74.

Stocks have recovered in general after the failed attempt of adoption of President Donald Trump's healthcare bill, but investors now focused on tax reform, his next legislative initiative.
