South Korea: Cooperation with North is possible only with force

South Korea President Moon Jae-in said in a media briefing on Friday that any cooperation with North Korea would be possible when the South has the security ability to suppress the North.

Moon commented during a visit to the state Agency for Defense Development, where he observed test-firing of an indigenously developed ballistic missile, while U.S. officials said that North Korea has conducted another test of a rocket engine that according to their opinion, could be intended for intercontinental ballistic missiles.
