The poll reveals a new leader in the French presidential election

Centrist presidential candidate in French election Emanuel Macron could get ahead of far right leader Marin Le Pen in the first round of presidential elections on April 23, according to the Harris Interactive poll.

The poll showed Macron taking 26% in the first round, compared with 25% for Le Pen. In the second round Macron would take 65% to 35% for Le Pen.

Another candidate Francois Fillon, whose wife is suspected of fictitious employment, in the first round could gain only 20%, the poll showed.
