U.S. Vice-President Mike Pence has told about terms of move of the U.S. embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. According to him, the embassy will be opened by the end of 2019.
President Trump ordered the State Department to begin preliminary preparations for the move of the embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, Mr. Pence has said in an address to the Israeli parliament.
On December 6, U.S. President Donald Trump announced that the White House had decided to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and to move the country's embassy from Tel Aviv. On January 21, Pence came to Israel with a three-day working visit in the Middle East tour.
