United States and North Korea hold pivotal meeting

The U.S. President Trump and his North Korean counterpart Kim Jong Un held talks for the first time, a groundbreaking event, which were topped with exaggerated declarations of a start of new friendly relations and less clear plans for denuclearization.

There is a mutual desire to do something and a resolution to do something, the parties have established a special connection, and people will welcome that, said Donald Trump at the end of the historic summit.

The two leaders signed a document, saying that North Korea is committed to total refusal from nuclear arms, and the U.S. provides security guarantees to the Asian state.
