Wall Street’s weather fast-changing, U.S. retail sales rise

The Dow Jones Industrial Average Index added 0.19 percent to 26,500.63, while the S & P 500 index went down by 0.08 percent to 2,898.56 and the Nasdaq Composite Index was the decline leader at 15.07 GMT, being down by 0.30 percent to 7,972.22.
