We keep improving our mobile app usability, and we would like to tell you about the latest updates and new features.
MT4 accounts*
Clients can now select an MT4 account at the account Registration stage.
Wallet
From now on, clients can use their AMarkets wallets to deposit and withdraw funds.
Push notifications
Push notifications enable users to receive timely updates on the status of their verification and withdrawal requests. Clients will be immediately notified that they have received a trading bonus, as well as about other important events.
Trading platform tips*
Knowing that it may not be easy for some users to figure out the MetaTrader 5 platform and its functionality, we have added popup tips on how to open and close trades.
In the future, we will supplement this section with other useful tips.
App onboarding*
To help users get started with the app and get familiar with the interface, we have added helpful popup tips and instructions.
Simplified verification procedure
The client only needs to submit a photo of an identity document. The system will automatically check the document in less than 10 minutes.
Enhanced security
In addition to username and password authentication, the client’s account is protected by a 4-digit PIN code, entered every time the client logs into the application. Users can also log into the app with Touch ID.
We are now actively working on expanding the app’s functionality and adding another important feature – ability to connect the Islamic option to a trading account.
