Below, you’ll find answers to the most common questions about this update.
Open positions will remain unaffected. Only the symbol name will change (for example, EURUSDd will become EURUSD). Trading on your account will continue as usual.
After the update, you’ll be able to trade instruments with the new symbols listed above. These changes apply only to the currency pairs and metals. No other instruments will be affected.
If your Expert Advisor is linked to an old symbol (for example, EURUSDd), please reinstall it and attach it to the chart with the updated symbol (for example, EURUSD). We recommend making this adjustment over the weekend of November 29–30, before the trading session opens.
