Dear TeleTrade clients,
Please be informed that we have updated our Client Agreement. The updates will take effect starting January 2, 2023 (the “Effective Date”). Below you can find a summary of the material changes made:
- Section 2.4. concerning the right of the client to receive a signed, hard copy of the Agreement
- Section 22.4. concerning the Company's right to terminate the Operative Agreement where all trading accounts of a Client have been inactive holding zero balance/Equity for a period of 12 months
- Section 24 regarding the way which amendments to the Operative Agreement will be carried out and how clients will be notified
By continuing to use our products and services from the Effective Date onwards, you are confirming that you have read and accepted the updated Client Agreement. Link to the updated Agreement can be found here.
