I have been trading for almost a year here and this is going to be a very objective XM review. I will keep trading here, no doubt about that. I like their regular campaigns and promotions, only in the last year there were a couple of them and I was rewarded for my trading. But, I think this platform can be even better. They should start including some AI tools like most brokers out there. The spreads on their standard account are not tight, at least not as tight as some of their competitors have. Payment methods are few, we need more
let me outline my brief xm review here.... the broker is one the most well-known and respected, and that is for severla reasons. Their presence and numbers speak for themselves. But why so? Coz the trading conditiosn they offer are excelent: ultra low spreads , special shares account, turbo stocks feature with x50 leverage for stocks CFDs...and more and more cool features
XM has been on my radar for long enough. When i saw news about xm getting a DFSA license, I decided to sign up because I already delayed my registration several times. After joining, I thought I should have done it earlier. Got a welcome deposit bonus, you gotta complete the full verification process to receive it. Used this money to test the features and it worked pretty well. Stayed further.
I was disappointed by the threshold of minimum deposit on a shares account. I mean how could you dare to ask $10,000? You could set it around $5000 and it would be much better. I hope you’ll take it into account in the future. So far I’m going to trade step by step to achieve my goal.
This is going to be my xm review, my opinion so nobody has to agree. What I think about the changes: definitely for good, some things had to be changed and this new platform fits them More. And I got what I wanted on the side of analytics, like you can get insights and more for almost any popular asset and AI is not bad when I as k for risk management advice. What i Dont get is the promos sometimes, tehy are unclear and they adverstise a lot of sum but to get that you gotta trade a lot of lots, not many people trade with that volume. So overall now I think 3 stars is adequate.
To me, feels like a broker that focuses on tools, rather than hype and marrketing etc. The new web app redesign got a lot better, cleaner to trade, and even more tools. They clearly show margin, swap, and fees before I enter a position, idk why everybody just doesnt do that. Should be a standard with brokers by now, but only XM does that out of all CFDs.
In general, my xm review is a positive one. In my trading experience I didn’t come across any issues, the broker is stable. Fees stay within the same range all day, executions are quick regardless of volatility and withdrawal was fine, though it takes a day or two to fully process.
For new clients, when you open the trading dashboard it looks overwhelming in the beginning. There are so many button and features, it takes time to understand what they do and what you need. While the trading app is functional and works without any issues, i think a better job in UX is needed
I know how safe this broker is... If I’m not mistaken they were recently approved by the UAE regulator... That’s what caught my attention. Well, while the platform performs well overall, I do find it disappointing that accessing a stock account requires a deposit of more than $10,000. They could lower the minimum deposit, for example, around $5000. That would make it more accessible.
I agree with this xm review, it’s pretty accurate. The same I can say about overall trading rating. It’s accurate too. The thing with xm is their overall solid look and good features, but still little downsides that spoil overall impression. In my case, it was the lack of alternative web platforms. I hate MT charting and jumping from one platform to another, can cause quotes difference, as result wrong orders execution. They fixed the problem in the last update. I waited quite long for this.There are other nitpicks like poor selection of payment methods. The broker is good, some features not..
