These innovations and implementations often require testing of new functionality and its characteristics, forcing technical service to reboot or switch-off on insignificant time span the operating servers and systems.

The Direction of Service Strategy and Works

The main emphases in the conducted technical works on the company's sites, trading equipment and payment systems are directed at:

  • Maximum geographical coverage of service infrastructure of all representative offices;
  • Improvement of service quality;
  • Aspiration to extend and expand service, effectively and flexibly to build service strategy under customer requirements and realities of the Forex market.

Main Objects of Service Field and Planned Works

This list includes:

  • Works on servers, for future improvement of quality of the provided services;
  • Works on the site of the company, updating of the functionality of the site and implementation of new options in the Private Office of the trader;
  • Planned works on payment systems and aggregators;
  • Converting and start of new versions of PAMM-accounts, with the temporary shutdown of the functionality of the existing accounts;
  • Shutdown of some server platforms, for increase of speed of trading order execution.
