Support indeed is fast... i literally bombarded them with hella of questions and they didn’t even want to get rid of me asap. They took all the time and explained all in a comprehensive way. That’s something that I didn’t see in other brokerage firms.
found the broker through various ads, saw ib on youtube...cheched the reputation on trustpiot and reddit....well, it is kinda mixed with more posiitve tone. Anyway, gave it a try, registered. Good that there are many platforms. HOWEVER, I have some issues with the server connection - orders dont get executed fast, at least that is on cTrader.
Fxpro is great in every aspect, except for customer service (it works only 24/5). They even offer nice education center… trading psychology lessons were a game changer for me without a doubt.
Their service is prompt and reliable in many aspects. Take customer support for example. Rarely have I seen such an amount of professionalism, like real traders sitting there. Tho it’s just 24/5
I felt very good on ctrader!! Algo trading is much better than on mt, as well as its charting and DOM capabilities. Plus,fxpro offered fixed trading costs, only $3.5 per side and super low spreads, which I didn’t even find existent. Hard to fully understand its impact, but since I joined it never let me down in terms of connection. What to say the broker knows how to deal with demanding execution!
What spoiled an impression about fxpro, is their leverage system. Faqs, long conversations with support, personal trial on demo, didn’t help me to understand how dynamic leverage really works. I didn’t feel that it impacted my trading in a better way. Putting this topic aside, services are solid. The broker has lots of things to offer. But, leverage. It’s not my piece of pie…
WOW withdrawing was actually super easy like i sent my request and within a day the funds hit my acc, no fever I was worried after a few comments online but tthey made it fast. frankly felt relieved and superhappy seeing my money arrive safely!

over 6 is a bit low, id give it 7.5. theyre missing edu for sure, but the other things are not bad. for example costs.
