Colmex Pro (www.colmexpro.com) is an awful broker. To call it a broker even is a generous act. As scammer would be more appropriate. Have been trading with them for several months. As soon as some interesting profits are made, Colmex makes up an investigation process, comes up with absurd conclusions, terminates the account and seizes the complete amount of profits. In the process they don't substantiate anything, they don't communicate. They just make a lump sum debit in your MT4 account and steal your money. During the whole process, I was naive enough and I complied with all they asked me, but even so, since more than one month now, Colmex has not answered a single email, namely to clarify where are the funds they stole away from me. You trade, you make gains, they loose due to their rigged business model, they close your account, they steal your money, they don't communicate and leave no other option for you than to hit social media. This broker is great for traders who loose money. If your plan is to be profitable, stay away as you will get into real problems getting your money back. I wish to make this very clear.
I have been with colmex for a year now. No problems with cash out whatsoever. The account manager and the support team is friendly and always return your calls/queries. No problems for me.
i used to trade in many brokers firms and i can said that: colmex gave me real spread that exists in the market and they didn't had me any problem Withdrawals money.
I agree with Khussin. they have lots of hidden fees, and never told you about that unless you asked for them.15 usd deposite fee, 40 usd withdrawal fee, 55 usd non-activity fee/month. it was my first time trading, and thx god I didnt deposit that much money with this company. I think you guys should avoid.
I like this broker because they provide good services and I can trust them my money. It's a regulated company and during trading I've not observed problems or something like that with the trading platform.
i recently opened account with ColmexPro; but disappointed to know hidden charges that are never communicated to customer before opening of account. ColmexPro deducted US$ 15 on first deposit and also i now come to know that they charge US$ 40 for every withdrawal. No other broker charge such huge amount; mostly bear such charges or there are nominal charges. ColmexPro rates of charges are only mentioned in legal documents that is also not apparently available on website; rather i they sent me link while i specifically requested for that. i rate this company -5*
